Return and Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at HALA ATHLETICS LLC. This Returns/Exchanges and Refund Policy describes our policy for returns/exchanges and refunds.

 

Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Intimate apparel (specifically panties, thongs, boxers) for hygiene reasons
  • Items on final sale

Returns


We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, with original tags on and in original packaging. You can begin a return here.


For questions regarding a return, please contact us at returns@gohala.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  You will be contacted with a response within 24-48 hours during standard business hours. 


Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective item).


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If all criteria are met to be eligible for a full refund (i.e. item is new, unworn, with tags and in original packaging) your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different item please click here. For eligibility criteria please see the section above, 'Non-Returnable Items.'

Please note that shipping costs will be covered by HALA for exchanges that meet eligibility criteria for an exchange. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items


If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@gohala.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
